Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way. Refunds will be paid for items which fulfill the above requirements.

Return of faulty goods – ordered in person at an appointment

This clause applies to personalised items supplied, such as silver prints jewellery and 3D casts ordered as part of our personal casting service.  If the goods that we have supplied are claimed to be defective, they must be returned to us for inspection within 12 months of your agreed collection date.  If we determine that the defect is caused by poor workmanship, then we will offer a free repair, replacement or refund.  If the defect or damage has not been caused by us, no replacement or refund will be given, but we may be able to offer a repair for which additional charges may apply.  We are not able to offer refunds on personal items if you change your mind.
